Survey terms and conditions
- University of York has appointed TPS Transport Consultants Ltd to develop a Travel Plan Strategy for the University.
- Data submitted will be analysed by TPS Transport Consultants Ltd based at Stonebridge Court, 151-153 Wakefield Road, Horbury, Wakefield WF4 5HQ and Registered in England No. 5973261.
- The information you provide within this short survey will remain confidential and anonymous.
- Once the Travel Plan Strategy has been completed all data will be destroyed and will not be shared with any third party organisations – personal data will only be retained until the prize is distributed (within 2 weeks of the competition being drawn).
- Upon completing the survey, you have the option to enter your email address (University of York Staff & Students should enter their University of York email address, contractor/service partners should enter a valid email address) in order to be entered into a prize draw.
- It’s optional to enter your email address and, if entered, your e-mail will not be connected to the responses you provide within the survey.
- There is one x iPad to be won for the staff survey and one x iPad plus 5 x £20 First Bus m-ticket bundles for the student survey.
- The survey will be live from 17 April 2023 at 07:00 hours until 5 May 2023 at 23:59 hours.
- Personal data is being processed under contract in order to distribute the prize.
- Only fully completed surveys which are submitted by the deadline of midnight, Friday 5 May 2023 will be eligible to be entered into the prize draw.
- Seven winners, one staff and six students will be drawn at random as part of the prize draw by a senior employee of TPS Transport Consultants Ltd week commencing the 15 May 2023.
- The winners of the prizes will be notified using the supplied email address by 19 May 2023.
